Angelo State University Announces Spring 2019 Dean's List
Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, has announced the students achieving the Dean's List designation for the 2019 spring semester. To be eligible for the ASU Dean's List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain at least a 3.25 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale. UA Students Participate in Summer 2018 Cooperative Education
Nearly 250 University of Alabama students are receiving hands-on, innovative and advanced educational experience with dozens of companies and organizations across the United States through UA's Cooperative Education Program for summer 2018. In the Cooperative Education Program, students alternate periods of full-time study with periods of full-time employment. This program offers work related to the academic major or career interests of each student, experience that enhances the students' employment prospects after graduation. While in school, students carry regular course schedules. While on co-op, they work with professionals in their fields who supervise their training and work. At work, co-op students earn competitive salaries and may receive benefit packages in addition to valuable job experience. Participants maintain their full-time student status while at work and have priority registration status each semester through graduation.

Cedar Crest College Carmen Twillie Ambar Sophomore Expedition
Cedar Crest College's Sophomore Expedition is a unique program that allows every sophomore who is in good academic and judicial standing to study abroad during spring break at no extra cost. This year's trip is to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from March 3 to March 11, 2018. Travel, lodging and meals are paid for by an anonymous alum. Minus the cost of a passport and visa, it won't cost students anything beyond their regular semester tuition, room and board, and fees.

University of North Georgia President Bonita Jacobs recognizes students who achieved a 4.0 grade point average during the fall 2017 semester. More than 400 first-year students welcomed to the Baldwin Wallace University campus this fall earned $6.1 million in merit scholarships for their outstanding high school achievements. BW grants a wide range of scholarships to current students each year. Including merit and need-based scholarships, BW students received over $45 million in financial support from the University for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The McMurry University chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta has received a 2016 Delta Gold Award from the national organization for an 89% increase in membership in 2015-16.
